California Consumer Disclosure

Business/Service Provider/Third Party Designation

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CA ACTS”) and the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA,” together with the CA ACTS, the “CA ACTS”), we are designated as a “Business” for the collection and use of our business customers’ administrative representatives personal information to maintain their account and fulfill the Services. For all other uses of personal information, we are likely designated as either a ‘Service Provider’ acting upon the express instructions of our business customers in accordance with our Services or a ‘Contractor’ where a third-party makes available a consumer’s personal information for a business purpose pursuant to a written contract.

Additional California Consumer Rights

California’s CA ACTS grant residents these specific rights:

  • The right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information as defined in the CA ACTS. Neutronian does not ‘sell’ your personal information for monetary gain, however, some advertising cookies placed on our website may be considered a sale.
  • The right to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive information. Neutronian does not collect, process, or disclose your sensitive information.

Virginia Consumer Disclosure

Controller/Processor Designation

Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”), we are designated as a “Controller” for the collection and use of our business customers’ administrative representatives personal information to maintain their account and fulfill the Services. For all other uses of personal information, we are designated as a “Processor” acting upon the express instructions of our business customers. 

Additional Virginia Consumer rights

Virginia’s VCDPA grants residents these specific rights: 

  • The right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal data as defined in the VCDPA. Neutronian does not ‘sell’ your personal data.
  • The right tTo opt out of “targeted advertising” as defined in the VCDPA. You may exercise your opt-out right as detailed above.
  • The right to opt out of profiling based on your personal data. 
  • The right to opt in to the collection of your sensitive data. Neutronian does not collect, process, or disclose your sensitive data. 

Colorado Consumer Disclosure

Controller Designation

The Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) became effective July 1, 2023. Under the CPA, we are designated as a “Controller,” or an entity that conducts business in Colorado and controls or processes the personal data of 100,000 or more consumers (not all necessarily Colorado residents) in a calendar year.

  • The right to opt out of targeted ads, the sale of personal data, or being profiled.
  • The right to access the data a company has collected about that consumer.
  • The right to correct data that has been collected.

Connecticut Consumer Disclosure

Processor Designation

The Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA) went into effect on July 1, 2023. Under the CTDPA, we are designated as a “Processor,” or an entity that, jointly with others, collects and processes personal data and maintains or provides services involving personal data of a covered business.

  • The right to access the data a company has collected about that consumer.
  • The right to correct data that has been collected.
  • The right to request that data collected be deleted.
  • The right to data portability in a format that can be transmitted to another controller.
  • The right to opt out of profiling.
